When you think a little more than you should…

How are you this morning beautiful (and handsome ;) )?

I woke up today going down the list of things on the life agenda over and over again. And since this morning, probably 133 times more.
In some weird way I think I have taught myself that the more I do these sort of mantras, the more things will get done, get started, or become non-existent.
Au contraire.
I have successfully succeeded in giving myself migraines for the past month. AH! Get me out of this mental cyclone!
I want to keep challenging myself to be less of a worrier, and more of a liver…like a live-er, not the organ.
In God’s wonderful timing and always knowing what I need to see/hear right when I need to, my dad posted this on his Facebook this morning. These are some pretty incredible things to live by.

Make today worth it.

And don’t forget to smile with your heart, not just your face.

    Your post today has helped me SO much. It’s just what I needed. I am definitely a constant worrier just like you. After reading the Four Agreements that your Dad posted about, I am going to put my all into not worrying and following those in my daily life. Worrying often times takes over my thoughts for the whole day and this is unacceptable. No more! I’m going to be a live-r. Thanks for this post! <3
