

It’s taking everything in me to not start over training my abs like a chimpanzee on ecstasy. I am so used to how I’ve trained for past shows-main goal being to bring out abs and get as lean as possible ASAP and hope and pray that I stay looking full and not flat when the show comes. Going about it a VERY different way this time. My ab training has been what I get from training every thing else and carbs are my friend and they make about half of each of my meals. SO. I’m keeping myself out of my “psych myself out” stage of feeling like I’m not doing enough and knowing that calculating the cut just right and being patient will bring a better lean than ever. Remind me of this if I forget, okay?
