FOURWEEKSOUT | 30days

What I’m looking like. | 4 weeks out | 30 days
I’m making sure I am keeping my size and looking full(not super skinny and flat) by keeping my carb intake high and only doing slow burn cardio!

I’m officially one month out from my show and holy crap. 90 days of competition prep sure is flying! I think it feels so quick because I am enjoying my meals, my carbs, my fats, and really feeling healthy and nourished. I always feel so sad when I see a lot of people prepping for comps limiting their food intake so much that they get sick/look sick and are just angry at life…I don’t think that really qualifies as “health” :( Listen to your body…

Also. FITFAM! 3 MORE DAYS TO POST YOUR 30DAYPUSH V BEFORE AND AFTER AND JOURNALING!  I am LOVING reading and seeing all of your photos and words! Just incredible.

I cannot wait until the next 3DP and it’s only been 3 days. I love you guys.
