Here are a few of the killer ab workouts I have my clients in PUSH do pretty regularly! They have seen some pretty intense gains from them, but like I always say…DO NOT OVER TRAIN ABS! The last thing you want is to be discouraged at your midsection thickening and yet you are working out abs hours on end. They are trickly and the best way to get a balanced, tight and symmetrical look to them is to let them come secondarily from correct form in all other training and 70% clean eating (the 30% naughty eating helps with stress relief! ;) Stress holds water weight!)
