Since you asked, here are my current stats measured this past week! Doing my best to make sure my body fat doesn’t drop any further as I typically come in a little on the lean side. At two weeks out (today) i stop lifting weights. At about three days out ill lowermy sodium! Everything is pretty much on track and I have hotel and flight tickets booked! ✈ Thank you so much for being here and helping PUSH me along side my family, Dev, and sista-friend & roomie Laura. It really has made a world of difference for me and truly feel I would have given up of not for God’s strength and peace and your love and support! 12 DAYS BABY!
I get a lot of heat for being too “jacked” for bikini but here’s the thing. It’s my look. It’s what I like and it’s what I feel best in. So I have striations in my shoulders and upper chest- they make me feel like I actually lift. So I am pretty vascular- that makes it fun when I go ADD and trace that shit to see where it goes. To get to the point: bring your best YOU. Some of us are going to show it on stage, but even in daily life of your fit journey, don’t try to look like someone you follow or admire. Use them as motivation and tweak what their doing to make it work for your own unique look…and then ROCK it! No one wants to be that person who changes and confirms every year to what the judges are into. Keep bringing a better you, and whether you win or not, you WILL be seen!
